10 Simple Drills To Improve Your Ball Handling

Handle Drills

- Tight Cross

- Mid Cross

- Wide Cross

- Reset Cross

- Between Legs (Left Foot Lead)

- Between Legs (Right Foot Lead)

- Behind Back

- BL Reset (Left Foot Lead)

- BL Reset (Right Foot Lead)

- Behind Back Reset

 

Reps/Time

- 50 reps or 20 seconds

 

Rounds

- 2

 

Things to remember…

- Bend your knees and keep butt low as if you are sitting in a chair. You should feel your legs doing majority of the work to take pressure off of your lower back.

- The goal is to keep your head up but it is completely fine to glance down to get a rhythm. Work your way into it.
